Call notifications not coming through

 First, I have read all the threads regarding this issue.  I have a Galaxy S7 and have spoken with Fitbit Support only to be told to "keep track of my notification issue and get back with them."  They had me remove the Versa from my phone, from the app, turn off notifications, restart...yada yada yada.  Nothing worked.  I still get no call notifications and no calendar info.  If anyone has any other suggestions, I am open to them.  I relied on that feature with my Charge 2 and need it on the Versa.

The same thing has happened to me. To receive these notifications you have to have your Versa connected to your device. Most of the time it is not connected.  Sync your Versa a few times to connect it. You can't be far away from your device to receive notifications.

Android and iPhone 6s. Versa, Flex 2, and Zip

Mine is connected and I have it set to "Always stay connected."  It is ridiculous!
