My sleep pattern is only showing awake, restless and asleep. How can I see awake, REM, light and deep?
Thank you.

@Mmfer These will be available only for the sleep that is longer than 3 hours for which the heart rate was captured. Can you verify your HR is being captured? Are the LEDs on the back of your Versa on? Could you please attach some screenshots from Fitbit mobile app? In the Fitbit mobile app, tap on the heart rate tile, then tap on the day you're interested in to see the detailed graph and take the screen shot. Thx!

Hi @Marrrmaduke. thanks for your answer. I slept for more than 9 hours and my Fitbit is capturing my HR whith no problem. I really don't understand why my Fitbit app is not showing my sleep stages.
I am trying to attach the screenshots but it is not working. I hope you can help me without them.

@Mmfer So you can see HR chart in the Fitbit app for last night? Other thing that comes to my mind is battery level. It can happen if the battery is too low. Also, have you tried rebooting your tracker several times? You can find the instructions how to do that here. Out of curiosity, does your Versa sync without any issues?
ETA: If you have any sleep presets set up in your fitbit mobile app like Sleep Schedule, please remove them. This used to cause issues for some users.
