Hi community!
So, I just got my Versa 2 yesterday, but I'm having some minor troubles when it comes to installing some apps. I really like to have the Agenda app, but when I get to the page where I can install it, it's grayed out with a red box underneath saying:
"To install this app, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update". I've looked in app store on my phone and PC, and the Fitbit app, but there's no updates available anywhere. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10 (if that's of any importance)
Has anyone tried anything like this? Is this a bug or do I just have to wait for an upcoming update?

Hello @vAMT and welcome to the Help forums. The reason you are getting this message is that your brand new Versa 2 doesn't have the current firmware. This happens a lot. Fitbit rolls out firmware updates progressively. You should get your update notice in a day or two. Just be patient. There is nothing you can do to get a firmware update any faster.

I thought as much, but maybe I missed something as I'm still learning the ropes.
I'll patiently be waiting for an update.
EDIT:
I received an update this morning and is now up and running, and all my apps are working perfectly!
