Hi, bought my versa in the summer, had no problems, absolutely love it. However got a new phone Sony XA2 and now it won't sync. My phone acknowledges it on bluetooth but the watch won't sync with my phone?? Do you update software so watch can sync with new phones? Thanks!

Unfortunately your new phone is not on the Supported Devices List. All you can do it try all the troubleshooting steps in THIS Help Article on syncing problems. Do you have a compatable tablet ot laptop you could use to sync?

Still don't have a compatible tablet etc so unable to sync. Will there be an update as the phone came out in Feb and the versa around the same time!

@Chocsmudge It seems like at least for some Versa works with this phone model. Try removing versa from your Fitbit account, factory resetting versa, forgetting it from the phone Bluetooth settings, followed by phone restart, and linking versa again. Also, there's a new firmware .19 that has just been made available to a group of users. After you factory reset the tracker, it should download the most recent version automatically.

I'm curious if that worked. I'm considering buying this phone, but I will not if it will not work with my Versa/fitbit app.

That can't be correct, my XA2 and charge 3 synced with no problem... Until today. So it can't be that they aren't compatible. Either Sony or Fitbit did a software change but if that's the case, I want my money back for this fitbit it's not even 1 month old.

I've just had this argument with fitbit. My charge 3 worked fine until yesterday but now it won't connect to my phone at all. After an hour on fitbit chat they have basically told me there's nothing they can do. I just need to buy a new phone apparently
