There dial indicator on this watch face is no longer showing readings. I'm speaking about the bar around the outer edge that encircles the numbers/values on the inner part of the watch screen.
As in for my active minutes the bar/dial is only filling up partially even though the minutes are correctly counted. And for steps although they are being tracked the bar/dial is only partially full. This just happened in the past few days, had no issues before then. Any thoughts on how to fix this or what it's about, would rather not reset to factory settings for something do superficial but it's really a frustrating thing to happen to a newly purchased product.

The best first step would be to just restart the watch and phone
Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom] Shut down the watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, About, at the bottom, Shutdown]
wait a minute
[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears] Wait for the clock to reappear. |
Its not a good idea to do a factory reset, as it may kill the watch entirely
