When I first got mine, I had the same issue. I had to tighten my band a notch, then all ok.

SPO2 won't read on either the app or the watch face. Tried restarting (and reading the article you recommended), but no go.

Mine is doing the same now for over a week. I Uninstall then reinstall and still not functioning! This is a new fitbit versa3 and I paid for premium? Help please
