Sp02 reading time frame

Hi everyone, i have the clock face that enables you to monitor your Sp02 levels while sleeping. However, mine stays ' recording Sp02' well after I am awake. I've read that it can belike that for about 30min after you wake, but mine stays like that for well over 30min. So I'm most def not still asleep. Can this be changed at all? Or does this happen to anyone else.

Oh and it happened all the time, its not just every now and again.

Thanks all

Ca

Hello @Rebecca0218 and welcome to the Community forum.  This is normal for an SpO2 clock face.  It can take up to an hour for your Fitbit to give you your SpO2.  I can save you some battery life, because you don't need an SpO2 clock face with the Versa 3 or Sense.  You can find it in your Today app on the device itself.  Tap on the Today app on your Versa 3 and swipe up through your list of measurements.  If you don't see it, tap on the Edit option at the bottom and add it.  It should be there.  This feature was added in a firmware update and I think it is on by default.

Hi @Rebecca0218 - to add to what @LZeeW  says.

It can take quite a while for the data to be collected, transferred via the Fitbit App to the Fitbit servers, be analyzed, and the results returned to the Today App and Fitbit App [and clock face].

During that time the watch may show an incorrect message. Very often in the Health Metrics it shows "No data" but if you wait long enough it finally turns up.

So it's that the messages can be quite misleading.
