After two calls to support, I was able to update my Versa2 and download the SpO2 clock face, which, up until the update finished 24 hours and a bazillion synchs later, was available for me to select. Unfortunately, all it does is say, "Recording SpO2" and nothing changes. The other functions seem to work fine, as it registered my walk last night and broke it down pretty well. Wore it to bed, thinking it needed more time to finish whatever it needed to finish. Today, it's still showing "Recording SpO2" on that particular screen, but with no oxygen saturation stat. It hasn't ever displayed my O2 levels (I have severe asthma and it's easily triggered), which is the only reason I purchased this. Is this fixable? If not, I will probably return the watch.
I'm not sure what's going on and hoping someone here knows how to help with this. Thanks in advance

Are you sure that you have synced your watch with the Fitbit App, and that it recorded a good night's sleep.
