I installed the new SpO2 clockface and it worked for a few hours then my Versa started to continually restart itself over and over with no way I could access any settings to Factory Reset.
I have tried the one, two and three button reset methods with no avail. I have attempted to install the default clock but my app won't connect to my Versa as it is clearly having a fit with something! I have tried charging and disconnecting to the app. I feel like I'm out of options and am annoyed that it was Fitbit's own software that has caused this issue.
Can anyone help please?
