For the past three night my versa 2 has not red my blood oxygen level! This was once happened before and the firmware update fixed it. My software is up to date but versa 2 is not reading. It reads “couldn’t record!” Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Yes, since the 23rd now. It’s charged & everything else works but this now.
