Hi guys,

 

I need a help with the spo2 watch face install.

I could find it in the app but I can not select it/download i.It's gray.

It says under the selection area I have to make sure I am using the newest software but I think everything is up to date.Anyone else have/had this issue?I am writing from Germany.

Latest Versa firmware is 71.6.19 and that is the version you need for the SpO2 clock face.

 

The version number is at the top of the device screen in your mobile app - the same page you go to install clock faces.

 

The current iOS mobile app version is 3.30 but that shouldn't matter. It worked for me at 3.29 before I removed the clock face. I have no clue what the current Android app version is.
