Recently got a Versa lite and the Spotify app install button is greyed out, and it is saying to ensure the Fitbit / app are up to date. This is a new Fitbit so all the software is current and I have tried installing/ uninstalling the app and syncing the Fitbit and nothing seems to work. Pretty disappointing considering it’s a brand new product. Anyone experienced this?
