Hi can anyone help, I've just gotten a Versa Lite and I've managed to download Spotify but it doesn't want to connect. I keep getting the same message 'make sure its connected via Bluetooth and sync with fitbit app' 

 

I have done this a few times and as the message suggests but still not connecting.
