Stats not matching app and versa device

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The stats on my Versa and App are different, even after multiple syncs, restarting both phone and app, etc. Examples includes Versa shows I made my 250 steps every hour today, app says I missed one. App says I got two days of exercise, Versa says no days of exercise. And the sleep time doesn't match either.

I am having exactly the same problem. Also went for a run this evening and although it logged on the versa, it isn't showing in the phone app (android) despite showing as synced...

I'm having the same issues, and I'm on iPhone. I get the notification on my Versa that I've met my active hours goal, but on the app it shows I've only been active an hour. Another issue is that it's not syncing with MyFitnessPal either.

I've tried the following to try and fix this:

  • updated the app and the device
  • deleted and re-downloaded the app
  • "forgot" the device and re-synced
  • reset the device
  • reset my phone

Nothing has worked. I have sent a message to FitBit for help, but haven't heard anything back yet. It's very frustrating.

Did you ever get this resolved as my wife's Versa is doing exactly the same. The app has the up to date stats but her watch is showing stats from several days ago????

Hi there,

Yes, this issue was finally fixed... the response I received from FitBit at the time was that it was a known issue from the last update and they were working on it. It eventually solved itself.

If you haven't already, I would suggest trying the steps that I used in my last post - forget/remove device, reset phone, reset device, log out, etc. Hopefully with the latest updates it will get your wife's Versa back on track.
