My Versa 1 take steps while am asleep I don’t understand even when am not doing any walking is still counting

It is not unusual to get a few steps from movement and rolling around at night getting interpreted as steps.  Those are usually not significant compared to day's total.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

but I have another problem..My Fitbit heart monitor keep recording even when I drop the watch on my cloth is still reading,how can I fix this
