Step reminders

Does anyone know if there is a way to set an hourly reminder where I can apply my goal steps rather than the default 250? Be nice if my reminders had more of a custom feature. If my daily goal is 10k steps and my reminder clock is set from 8 am - 8 pm I would be reminded to get up and walk the remaining number of steps in that hour to catch up with the required 1k steps. The steps plus or minus could then carry over into the next hour. Seems a fairly simple concept.

Hi @Onsafari2010  - the idea of the hourly reminder is to not be sedentary for an hour. And 250 steps is considered enough. This is fixed and recorded in the app, so any different greater value would not show up.

 

One is expected to also do some exercise per day for at least 10 minutes to keep fit. And during that time ine could easily achieve 3000 to 7000 steps.

 

Being non sedentary for the other hours one would easily reach 10k for the day.

 

I use the free SimpleClockPro clock face which not only has multiple reminders to move but keeps a 24 hr history of the steps moved each hour which might be useful.
