Hi all, since a few days i'm using the fitbit versa. I go to work on my e-bike (takes about 30 minutes) and the fitbit recognizes the bike riding but still counts steps as well. How can I make sure it doesn't count steps during bike riding? I would like it to be as accurate as possible. Thanks in advance!
Best AnswerUnfortunately youncant stop it counting steps on a bike as the tracker feels all the bumps and thinks they must be steps. I have found I get far less steps recorded when my tyres are soft, but when they are really pumped up hard I get LOTS. Just something we have to live with I'm afraid!

Thanks for your reply Nelly.
But how come the fitbit notices by itself that i'm riding a bike (it automatically registers Outdoor Bike training) and still count steps? This should not be very difficult to fix I guess.
Also, when I click on the automatically by fitbit registered Outdoor Bike session it says +0 of ... steps taken. However, it did count steps...
I hope Fitbit will be able to fix this soon, it really bothers me that my steps aren't accurate.
