I've had my Versa a few months after my HR2 died after a couple years. Now it won't charge. I know it's not my USB adapter so it's either the charger or the watch. Everything was great last time I charged it a couple days ago. Now all I have is a dark watch that doesn't charge or do anything since the battery is dead. I've tried cleaning contacts on the watch and charger and nothing has worked. What is my next step? I'm not going to purchase anther one after a couple of months. Thanks for any help. I've searched the forum and am looking for more answers.

Bruce, hook it up to the charger for an hour or so regardless of whether there is any indication of charging. While it is still attached to the charger, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. During all this, do all that you can to make sure that charging cord stays securely attached to the tracker.

Contact FitBit Customer Service. They will take you through a deletion process and ask you some questions about the watch. I went through this middle of last week and I am receive my replacement on Thursday.
