@elflakey When you swipe up on the main screen of your Versa (to open Today app), can you see the steps taken there? Or do you mean you cannot see them on the main screen? In that case which clockface are you using? Not all of them show all stats. Simply, change the clockface to one that shows steps. 🙂

Hey,
I am having the same issue my versa is showing 0 steps and I swiped up still no steps.
How can I fix the problem??

Also you mention changing clock,face 😟 it's been working just fine and I have no clue how to change clock face.

@1nanny4u I'm glad. Btw, if you have never changed the clockface, then it means you have fitbit original clockface installed - this wouldn't be an issue then. Versa probably needed to sync. I'm glad all is well.

@Mbatye You mean on the main screen? If you swipe up (to open Today app) on the main screen of your Versa, can you see your steps there? If you can see them in the Today app, then it's a problem with your clockface. Try to reinstall it or choose a different one.
