Still No FIX?!

I just took it off and stopped using it. I keep hoping I'm going to see an update to fix it and still nothing. Debating on exchanging for a new one but doubtful it will change anything. Bought it Mothers day weekend and had problems the whole time. Keep factory resetting and there is always something messed up. If the app is syncing properly then the versa is resetting itself every 10-20 minutes. If the versa is working  then it's not syncing on the app. Seriously over it all!!
