I was so excited to get this watch! I am currently rehabbing from a acl reconstruction and a lot of my physio is in the pool. I have been relying on my Fitbit for tracking my progress and all was well for about a moth until 2 days ago. My heart rate has been 120 for 2 days .. have contacted tech support..have logged at least 3 hours of my time with them trouble shooting and trying all sorts of tricks. Nothing has worked and now they are really giving me the run around. Send me a pic, send me a video...we aren't getting them blah blah blah. This is my 5th product with this company .. I am very disappointed with the service now that one does not work. Fitbit...you are about to lose a very loyal customer! Honor your warranty and stop wasting my time!!! Oh and the battery life.... is a joke.

Returned my charge 2 and my versa today. No more fitbit for me...you have lost a very good customer.
