Strange GPS Tracking Issue

So the last three times I've tracked a bike ride I come back with zero on the watch. It gives me a dot on the map and doesn't track distance.

But here's what's strange: the Strava app is connected and *it* tracks everything.

And when I log into my fitbit account online *it* has the correct map, but it doesn't have any stats. How is it that the watch has a map with only a dot but the fitbit website gives me the entire map?

Am I the only one having the issue where Strava and the web app see the gps for the ride (but not the phone app), and neither the web app, watch, or phone app track distanced, etc?
