Strange message on device once setup

New watch arrived yesterday setup absolutely fine but now have this Message on screen which will not disappear.  The website it tells me to go to does not seem legitimate so wanted to check if anyone else has had this issue? Thanks in advance.

That looks to me to be a prompt for you to pay for the clockface you are using. Some are free, others require payment and for those you usually get a free trial period after which you either have to pay or switch to another clock.

Thank you so much you were 100% right.  I’ve changed my clock face to a free one and the message has disappeared.

@KLC71 if you like that watch face, then go to the address but leave off everything after the "/"

Same thing started to come up on my watch.  Haven't changed my clock face in a year.  I'll try to change it and see what happens. Thanks for the tip.

@Rockalister if you already purchased the face. 

Go to the site to purchase, tap the I already purchased. Enter email and you will be good

Thanks. I have already changed the clock face and all seems to be good. Too bad the chat person at Fitbit did not know this weeks ago.
