Strava Sync

Hi,

Recently purchased a Versa 2 as my first fitness smartwatch.

I currently use Strava as my primary fitness log however I cannot get it to sync between Strava profile and fitbit profile. Im just presented with log in using the fitbit mobile app. I have done this on my girlfriends identical fitbit versa 2 but no joy on mine whatsoever.

I have revoked access on both accounts, reinstalled the strava application, used strava.fitbit.com and I have even factory reset my fitbit to try rectify the issue. In my strava I can see 'a fitbit' box which is selected but for some reason when I log in using the fitbit mobile app into Strava. It doesnt ask me for any credentials just picks a random account with my

Does anyone have any suggestions at all to help me out?

Your title mentions a sync issue. 

You mention that some place you see a message to log in using the Fitbit app? Is this message found on the Strava dashboard of your Versa 2? 

If so this is about having to log into your Strava account in your Strava dashboard. It is not about the sync. 

On the Fitbit app 

Go to your tracker serrings/apps/ 

Find the Strava app on your apps. 

Tap the cog in the ought side and log into your account.
