Strava activities not appearing in Fitbit

My Strava activities have stopped showing up in Fitbit. I had no issue before last Tuesday.

Fitbit support said this was a known issue but I am not sure of a timeline for a fix or what steps to take to restore. Any ideas?

I've been having the same problem! Last activity to sync from Strava to Fitbit was from Tue, Aug. 7. I've revoked access and re-connected my accounts twice to no avail 😞

 

I hope it's a minor consolation that you're not alone when it comes to seeing this problem.
