@Sukik do you get any error messages with Strava? What's exactly happening?

Yes, you need your phone with you as you will need a connected GPS running. Only workouts with GPS are synced to Strava.

To add tiles, open fitbit app, press and hold any tile to enter edit mode.

I have the same problem with my brand new Versa.

Here's the facts:

* If I go to Strava.com is says Fitbit is authorized.

* If I go to Fitbit.com it says Strava is authorized.

* if I go into the Strava mobile app, it says Fitbit is authroized.

* If I go into Fitbit mobile app it says Strava not authorized. If I try to authorize it I get the login screen for Strava, enter my login info (I know it's correct) says it's authroized then dumps me back to the Fitbit screen that says Not Authorized. If I try to authorize it agian, I no longer get the login screen, but it tries to load some webpage, but fails and dumps it back to the previous screen in Fitbit that says not authorized.

@kmcrozSRTTNH Try unlinking both accounts in a browser, then log out from Fitbit mobile app (I recommend clearing the app cache if you're on Android) and logging back, and trying again.

@kmcrozSRTTNH I have seen similar issues on this forum. I would recommend contacting developer of the app (Strava) as the app needs to be updated. The good news is if the accounts are properly linked, you can still start the exercise (GPS-based) on your Versa and it will get synced to your Strava.

Unfortunately not. I worked out yesterday and Fitbit still says
unauthorized and Strava tried to pull it from Fitbit and says, sync error.
I reached out to strava support and they say it's a Fitbit app issue. So
basically no one will own it or fix it. Awesome.

@kmcrozSRTTNH Try this:

  1. Uninstall Strava from your Versa
  2. Delink Strava and Fitbit accounts
  3. Reboot Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears
  4. Uninstall Fitbit mobile app and reboot your phone
  5. Install Fitbit mobile app and sync
  6. Link Strava and Fitbit accounts in the browser. Make sure they're linked on both Strava site and Fitbit.com
  7. Install Strava app
  8. Authorize Strava app
  9. Sync.

Hi, have you managed to resolve your problem? I am having the same issue. I ran Monday night and my run linked to strava. Ran Tuesday and it didn't work! I've tried everything I can find on the Internet and nothing is working!!!

Nope! But since I’ve tried now I keep getting this red circle notification every time I open the app. It’s annoying because I can’t get a screenshot to sent to customer services!

Same and fitbit support was not remotely helpful.  Don't know why but randomly it seems to be working now but I didn't do anything to make that happen so who knows how you actually fix it.  I just bought the versa 2 and that was an immediate issue.  Kind of wanting to return it.  Seems like a sign of things to come 😞
