I have tired to reset and still not working. It charges and counts steps but I cannot use the touchscreen. Very frustrated as I got this only a couple months ago as a replacement.

I know how you feel about your replacement which shouldn't have this behavior. I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings.
