If you purchased a Fitbit versa 2 from kohl’s, is the device covered under warranty through Fitbit the company or do you have to purchase separate warranty, or only covered under the warranty policy from the store you purchased it from?

Hi @brigdo01  Kohl's is an authorized retailer, so Fitbit will honor the warranty. You're always able to purchase an extended warranty through Square Trade (which Fitbit offers when purchasing directly from them) if you want. If you have problems during the return period for Kohl's, then it would be faster to return it to them for an exchange. Sometimes the return window is longer during this time of year, as people buy items as gifts.
