Sync issue on LgV20

For some reason I can't get my Versa to connect and update on mu LgV20. This is crazy ridiculous . Any help would be great

Hi, as per this list your LGV20 is not supported yet by Fitbit., therefore your problems. In the meantime, untill Fitbit supports your phone, you can use and sync it with you PC/Laptop via Fitbit Connect. How to do that read the article "How do I setup my Fitbit device". Click on the link and once you're on this page, press "Trackers and Watches" and the page will expand. Scroll down to directly underneath the first video and read the paragraph about Fitbit Connect.

I have the LGV20 and I got the app to work but it does not sync all the time.  Have to uninstall and reinstall all the time.  I will probably have to get a different product that works with the LGV20 phone since Fitbit will not work correctly.

Hi, as I do not work for Fitbit or have any connection with this Company, I do not know when it will be supported. Out of own experience, it will take a few weeks.

Just bought the versa 2 and using my lg v20.. and sync issues galore, even set up problems, with fitbit only "officially" supporting a certain number of devices, they are loosing business, deciding whether or not to keep it or switch to something different, I really want it to work but after factory resetting my phone and it still not working well...
