When I first got my fitbit versa there's was a constant sync notification. But up till a week ago it just disapeared and now my versa doesn't want to sync for hours. What is going on?

1. close the Fitbit app
2. deinstall it from your device
3, restart your phone
4. reinstall Fitbit again and, of course, enable BT
