FitBit Versa does not track walking as training

Hello everyone,

 

My FitBit Versa is experiencing the issue where it is not registering walking correctly. Normally it indicates walking as a training and it shows how many calories are burned and shows a training summary of sorts.

 

Right now, it is only counting steps and shows how far I've walked today.

 

Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the forums!

 

Are you relying on Smart track? If so try using the exercise function instead. This way you will make sure to capture it.

 

On the Dashboard you can set up 7 exercise shorts cuts. Once it syncs you will see them on the device it self. Select the one you want Push in the button to start. When done Push in the button again to stop.
