My versa keeps flashing I've done my 10000 steps but then it seems to drop steps. Today I walked over 10000 and on my activity tracker where I logged the exercise it says impact 9,885 yet on my step count it says I've only done 5780! Where are my steps going??? It's driving me mad.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.
