Sync problems

I've had syncing my watch or keeping it sync all day. Usually I have to restart the phone every morning to get sleep info, it will randomly stop syncing in day, but noticed after another  blue tooth device is on the phone  like headphones or speaker, it shuts off. Usually restart the phone and it works for a while then quit a. I see others doing the uniayall re install with no help either. I like my first fit bit, but now think it's all a joke and it won't work semilessly. Next it hors back to Costco.

@OrlandKnightsJi phone model and OS? Also, your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?
