Consistently have to sync my versa daily! Starting to become a big issue! Not sure if the versa is a good product. There has to be some way this can be resolved! Phone is compatible, Did all the reboot and resets of Bluetooth and Fitbit App. Starting to get ridiculous. You claim to be a top notch health information product! Live up to it!!! I'm completely pissed about the whole situation. Now how can Fitbit help?

the fastest way to fix this issue is buying a new device that is not made by fitbit. - i feel with you, because i have similar problems (although listed phone, newest app-version, newest firmware on device, newest bluetooth, and and and). worked until app was updated from 2.84 to 2.85.
maybe you might play around with the apps versions. i won't do that, did this games for long enough.

I'm having the same issue. Emailed fitbit hopefully they can help. Didnt have issues with my charge 2 syncing.
