Is there any way I can sync my Versa to both my iPad and iPhone at the same time. I use the iPad to view stats on Fitbit app. I use iPhone for text and phone call notifications. It is annoying to have to turn Bluetooth off in one device to sync to the other.
Best AnswerHi,
According to Bluetooth specification endpoint device can't support multiple connections at the same time. So if Fitbit follows specification - not possible to have it connected same time to more than one device. You have to force connection of device you want now to see information on.
But just a question: can you use Fitbit dashboard (Web version) to check stats? That will work easily on iPad while using iPhone for sync and notification. I think this is main way Fitbit expect us to use.
Thanks
@Marchristensen In reality, no. The sync will get messed up even if you turn off All day sync. I face the same issue with my iphone and Pixel. Have to keep iPhone bluetooth OFF.
Best AnswerThanks for your answer, Da. I use the Fitbit app dashboard on my iPad to view stats. In order to get the latest stats on the dashboard, I have to sync. I use the iPhone so I can see notifications like texts and phone calls on my Versa, and so Versa must sync to iPhone. It’s a pain to keep turning Bluetooth on and off.
