Syncing and call/whatsapp notifications problems with Versa and One Plus phone. Notifications tab settings in Versa is done.

Also, remember that in order to connect properly your Versa with your phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. Have you checked if your phone is compatible? If you haven't, I suggest checking this here.

Hi, 

 

The app was perfectly working well with my one plus 5T, until the recent update on 23rd of may.So why is there a change now? 

And the phone I have is one plus 5T. But here the phone mentioned is One plus one. Am not even sure if the model is stoll available in the market. That is such an old phone.

 

Can you please solve the syncing issue? I have tried everything else mentioned here.
