At the local park where I run, the GPS on my phone doesn't seem to work properly. This is a phone issue rather than the watch. My Fit bit versa therefore calculates my distance, pace etc. with incorrect data and it is really low. The distance does not correlate with my steps, therefore my step count appears to be high on the days I exercise but the distance is low. Is there a way to use the calculated distance I have run (from the number of steps and stride length) in the calculations and display? It is affecting my cardio fitness stats and it would be nice to see how I am running!

@AilsaFaye Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! When your Versa doesn't detect a gps signal signal so you might be interested in entering your calculated stride length. For this please do the following:
Your running stride can be calculated the same way if you run instead of walk.
This should help improve your distance calculation when you aren't using GPS but if you are using GPS then it will try to connect during the activity as you can read here (so if you only want to use the steps and stride length don't select the GPS option). Also you can retry using the GPS by either restarting the GPS on your phone or the phone itself and then start recording your activity. Also check what can affect the GPS data.
