I do not understand at all how a product can be sent out with so many problems!
My watch is on sync all day and it may sync 3 times a week. How do you count calories and steps when it will not do it accurately! I have yet to receive a text on my watch and trust me there is every single thing that can be turned on, on. I can't even just contact the Fitbit company because when I try to live chat it will not come up it keeps taking me back to options and then when I call I sit on hold.
I do not understand how people can have so much luck with apple watches and every other watch falls thru. I don't get how I pay 200 for a watch and seriously the good thing is the battery only. It won't sync like it says it will do, it will not text like it says it will do, it automatically counts steps... How the heck did this pass the product testing? I'm so dissatisfied.

I have the same issues currently. I do see a bright pink banner at the top stating they know there is a problem with iOS 13.... but the link they supply doesn’t help. So what is the plan FITBIT??? Will you fix this????

I haven't been able to receive notifications in months. I bought this thing in July. It worked for a few months and then stopped with my iphone XS. So happy I bought such an expensive product and Fitbit's customer service is basically non existant. I have to unpair and pair the watch multiple times a week to have it sync to my phone. I've followed their instructions over and over again and nothing but problems. I will never ever ever again buy a fitbit with an iphone. Should have researched more and that's on me, but to be fair the problems started after I bought the watch when apple updated to the new version of iOS. Super annoying. I've just accepted I now have a really expensive watch that I never woul dhave bought that doesn't do what I bought it for. I've also followed the instructions over and over and over again to try and reset it and start receiving notifications again and nothing.
