I've tried everything I've seen on previous threads for other fitbit devices like restarting my phone, turning bluetooth on and off, updating the app and software on my samsung galaxy s10 but my versa 2 is still not syncing and has not in almost 48 hours. I have even tried charging my fitbit as the battery was relatively low. Please help.
