I'm having the exact same problems all the other Versa Lite 2 users with data not syncing. There are over 4 pages of people who are unable to use their fitbit now. I'm starting a new thread because I'm not finding any advice for syncing to an android and mac. Is the tech team only looking to help those with iphones? Is there an ETA for product fix? Very frustrated - I've tried *all* the advice including turning bluetooth off/on, deleting app & reinstall, etc. Nothing works!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device and your Macbook Pro that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
