Syncing difficulties with Android phone

Like (it seems) many people with Android phones, I am completely unable to sync my new Versa 2 with my phone. It will not connect via Bluetooth, and while I have been able to set it up using someone else's phone, there is nothing I do that can make this work. 

 

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo, many thanks but I battled away for several hours and then sent it back. I pretty much tried everything but it seems that many people have had problems with this product and not everyone can work a way around the lack of compatibility. Thanks for the offer anyway.
