Syncing difficulties with Versa Lite

My Versa Lite has not Sync for the past week. It isn't even a year old abd the face has already been replaced 3 times since I purchased it.

What shows on my watch is TOTALLY different than on my phone. My watch is also 4 minutes slower than the actual time.

I've tried turning off and on the Bluetooth, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, pressed the side button till the symbol showed up and even tired to set up a new devise. And it say it is found but that is as far as it goes. 

What is the sense of having a Fitbit if you can't even get a yr out of it especially what you pay for them.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa Lite? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I'm trying to synch with and iPhone XR, an iPad Pro and a Microsoft Surface Pro with the same result on each.  Bluetooth on the Versa Lite connects after I reset the watch but then immediately drops again and the time shown on the face is wrong. I can't rely on this watch anymore!
