Syncing issue

Half of my day has synced just fine but last nights sleep and today’s steps have not synced. Any ideas please. TIA

Are the steps showing on your Veraa? Restart the Versa several times. If the steps are on your Versa but not the app, sync again. If the steps are not on the Versa they are probably lost, but hopefully the restarts will stop it happening again.

Thanks for that. This might be a stupid question but how do you turn the
Versa off. I meant to say the activity Steps didn’t sync as well...not the
actual steps for the day.
