Has anyone been having issues with their Fitbit not syncing correctly? I’ll have set my app to sync all day, but if I try to get the weather it tells me I have to sync my phone. I have also lost my clock on my Versa. I placed my watch on the charger and my clock changed to the default clock. I tried to change my clock, but I can’t get any of the clocks available. I have tried all of the suggestions that I have read on the community chats, but nothing has worked. I’m hoping someone can help me. TIA

Hey @Tiffan114, welcome aboard! So when you access to the clock faces part on the Fitbit app to choose a different clock face, are they just loading and won't appear? Now let me ask you something else, when you say that you already tried all the suggestions in the Community, are you saying that you also tried to restart your Versa? If you haven't, please give it a try. Also, please confirm if you have reviewed all the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Yes, the clock faces say “switching” on the app, but the face never loads on my versa.
Yes, I have tried to restart my versa, logged out of the app, and turned off an on my WiFi and Bluetooth and nothing has helped.
And yes, I have read the artic Why won’t my Fitbit device sync.
