Got my new Versa yesterday and it is not syncing. Restarted the watch and my phone but still nothing.
The connection keeps on droping.
Had a Charge 2 before, used it without facing any kind of issues.

It is not working. Versa is not able to sustain the bluetooth connection long enough to complete the sync. Connection keeps on dropping due to a faulty bluetooth on my watch, as it’s name appears and then disappears, repeating the process.
It’s a two day old watch which is not cheap and meaning of a smart watch is to make my life easy and not difficult.
Pls help.

Thanks for your reply @Keshav59! I understand you my friend. Let's go ahead and try something else. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your iPhone. Take a look at this help article: About the Fitbit app for further questions. After that, try to sync your Versa. Also make sure that there are not too many Bluetooth devices connected with your phone.

Both are upto date. Have tried everything. Also tried deleting the watch from the fitbit app and re-configuring. After that It worked for a while but then again I had same problem after some time.
I Also tried to configure the Versa on another device. Versa didn’t even connect to it.
Very Dissatisfied with how it has behaved. Kindly give a concrete solution.
