My versa isn't tracking my heart rate, active minutes or sleep, it all stopped on the 14th feb.
I have tried deleting the app and deleting my versa and then re added them, its still not working. Any ideas welcome!

Thanks for the reply but i have tried all of the options and it still isn't working. Everything else syncs apart from the bits mentioned above.

Hi, try to setup your Versa again with your mobile device, maybe that your fitbit app does not recognize your Versa after deleting it. Put your Versa in the Charger and connect it to your computer and start from the Fitbit app the setup process by pressing "add a new device". It may ask you to replace the old Versa ans simply press "yes".

Thank you again. I have set it up numerous times now in an attempt to get it to fully syncs bit its still missing those elements of the sync.
