Syncing multiple devices at once

Hi,

I have an Ionic and Versa.  I'd like to use the Ionic for tracking workouts (and runs) and the Versa for tracking for the rest of the day.  However, the Fitbit app only allows you to sync one device at a time.  I think adding this functionality would be very beneficial to many users who purchased both devices.

What you describe currently works for multiple devices except for the Versa and Ionic.  There currently is strong pressure being put on the Fitbit Engineers to allow the Versa and Ionic to work together also.

As a happy owner of a Fitbit Ionic watch, I wished to purchase one for my wife. Unfortunately, I have found out it could not be included on my Fitbit account as 2 Ionic watches cannot be registered to the same Email Address. It appears the Versa also cannot be connected to the same Email Address. I cannot believe Fitbit engineers have not made provision for Ionic 1, Ionic 2 or Versa watches to work separately on the same account. Looks like my wife will now purchase an Apple 3. I await a reply from Fitbit with a solution that allows Ionic and Versa to work together.

@wassa  Your wife sets up her own account using her own email address.  Two different people cannot share the same account.  Your email address is your unique identifier.
