I have a versa and when I try syncing it’s says it can’t find my device. I tried to turn the Bluetooth of and on and still says there no device even though in my Bluetooth it shows the device is there. Any ideas?

Mine has also been doing this since the update. It used to do it ages ago then after an update it stopped and has been fine until the latest update it is doing it again and only synchs after I reset the watch and switch the phone on and off. I frankly can't be bothered to do that repeatedly so wonder if anyone knows if this issues is being worked on to find a resolution?
