Hello,
Does anyone else have this issue? After my runs, after the first sync, the # days of the week doesn't show up (eg, 1 of 5 days today, on a Monday). When I select the Versa button, scroll down to "Sync", and it syncs again, then it updates?
I don't see why it has to be this way? Seems like would drain battery more... aside the frustration.
Thanks so much!
Erich

Hi @Erich777, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you have to sync twice your device to log your activities, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Versa?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to log your activities. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Even though your device is in fact syncing, please try the steps previously mentioned as a workaround and check if this rectify your concern.
Keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo,
Thank you so much for responding.
I first noticed it once I got my Versa (had a Blaze for 2 years before that) about ~5 months ago. It happens every day. And the bizarre thing is that for the number of activity days, it's always/everyday; but the sleep results aren't quite as consistently requiring a second sync.
I reset my Versa yesterday in hopes that it might help, but same result today. I updated the software two days ago with the latest push. I use IPhone7 to sync my Versa. I'll have a read through the two links you provided and let you know if I find anything that I was missing.
Many thanks! Erich

Hi again,
I found one potential issue: my old IPhone7 (that I used to sync my blaze with) still had the Bluetooth turned on. I switched that off.
Issue continues; it's also slow to update sleep results in the morning. I'm not going to sync twice for that any longer though.
Hope there are some answers out there; or an explanation as to why I'm the only one who seems to be experiencing this.
Cheers - Erich
