Syncing

My Versa is not properly syncing with my phone or Noom. I get notifications but the watch does not send information to my phone such as step count. Anyone know how to fix this? I have a Galaxsy S 8.

Hi @DeniseMcG I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you restarted it? Perhaps multiple time? To restart your tracker, hold down the left button and the bottom right button until you see the Fitbit logo.
